Size:  Within normal limits.

Vasculature:  Normal hepatopetal flow in the portal vein.

 

Gallbladder:

Size:  Within normal limits

Stones or Slude:  Negative

Wall thickening:  Negative

Pericholecystic Fluid:  NegativeSonographic Murphy's Sign (as per sonographer's report):  Negative

 

 

Biliary Ductal Tree

Intrahepatic Ducts:  No dilation

Extrahepatic Ducts:  No visualized dilatation (note the entirety of the common bile duct is not seen on US)

CBD Caliber:  Within normal limits

 

Pancreas (Note the pancreas is often poorly seen as it is retroperitoneal and overlying bowel gas shadows most of the pancreas)

Grossly unremarkable in the visualized portions.

 

 

Right Kidney

Size:  Normal

Hydronephrosis:  Negative

Stones:  Negative

 

Ascites in RUQ:

Negative
