Hepatic Mass Protocol CT:

Clinical History
[]

Technique
A multiphasic contrast enhanced CT of the abdomen was performed to evaluate for focal hepatic masses (Hepatic Mass Protocol).  This consists of:

Portal Venous Phase

Delayed Phase

Contrast Dose:  [ ] cc of iodinated contrast.

Hematuria (Renal Mass) Protocol CT:

Clinical History
[]

Technique
A multiphasic contrast enhanced CT of the abdomen and pelvis was performed to evaluate for hematuria (Renal and Ureteral Mass Protocol).  This consists of:

Precontrast
Nephrographic Phase

Excretion Phase

Contrast Dose:  [ ] cc of iodinated contrast.

Findings

Kidneys:

Calculi:  Negative

Hydronephrosis:  Negative

Enhancing Lesions:  Negative

Cysts:  Negative

Ureters:

No fillings defects.  No masses.

Bladder:

Note the bladder is incompletely distended with intraluminal contrast.  Therefore, evaluation of mucosal lesion is limited.  Within these limits, no mass or calculus is seen.

Lung Bases:  Unremarkable.
Biliary Tract and Gallbladder: No dilatation.
Pancreas: Unremarkable.
Spleen: Normal size. No focal lesions.
Adrenals: Unremarkable.
Bowel: No wall thickening.  No evidence for bowel obstruction.
Peritoneum: No free fluid, no free air.
Retroperitoneum: No lymphadenopathy.
Vessels: Normal caliber aorta

Bones: No aggressive lesions.

Impression
No evidence for kidney or ureteral mass.
